How can i get emphysema when i dont smoke? - emphysema exercise

I went went to the doctor and had CT of the pancreas, which was normal.
But radiologists report also says that I LEVE emphysema?
How can this be? I have never smoked and run and train?
Can I live, take a long life with this all the drugs?
