Possible medical basis for ingested animal protein intolerance? - herbs for heartburn
In the last two months I have experienced gastrointestinal mild to severe (variable number of heartburn with vomiting and / or diarrhea) after consumption of animal protein. It started with eggs and detected with chicken, pork and beef. I drank little to moderate amounts of dairy products, but had no major problem yet with this food group. You do not eat fish, but, but, at this rate, I fear.
My family is rural. The meat comes from local farms or grocery stores. All are taken to protect food production safety precautions when handling, cooking and storage. The meals are a thing of family norm. The rest of my family had zero problems. The symptoms are not herbs, spices, sauces and spices. Most of the meat is boiled, fried or in soups or stews.
Perhaps there is a growing sensitivity to carbohydrates of wheat. Soy consumption reduced to a minimum. I can only eat so much, vegetables, oats, rice, potatoes, flour ... Answers, ideas or suggestions? Thank you in advance.
